• Jodi Feikema, senior vice president for learning products and services at Zovio Education, in California, has been chosen as chief academic officer and provost at American College of Education, in Indiana.
• Deborah Ford, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin at Parkside, has been appointed chancellor of Indiana University Southeast.
• Jay Gatrell, provost and vice president for academic affairs at Eastern Illinois University, has been selected as president there.
• Chris Gilmer, interim president of West Virginia University Potomac State College, has been named to the job on a permanent basis.
• Rear Admiral William G. Kelly, superintendent of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, in Connecticut, has been chosen as president of Christopher Newport University, in Virginia.
• Wendy Larner, provost of Victoria University of Wellington, in New Zealand, has been selected as vice chancellor of Cardiff University, in Wales.
• Robert Wesley Pearigen, president of Millsaps College, in Mississippi, has been appointed vice chancellor and president of Sewanee, the University of the South, in Tennessee.
