Colleges start new programs

• Albany Law School announced a new suite of online graduate programs for professionals seeking to advance their careers in human resources. The program is called Human Resources: Law, Leadership, and Policy, and it is offered in three tracks: as a master of science in legal studies concentration; as an LL.M. concentration; or as an advanced professional certificate.
• ArtCenter College of Design is starting minors in business, creative writing, research and material science.
• Lake Erie College is starting a master's in professional studies.
• Sacred Heart University is starting a master's of health administration.
• Spring Arbor University is starting a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering.
